Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned knitwear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
